Deuce
Contact Deuce Ladder
One address, read by a person: hello@deuceladder.com. It arrives in an inbox somebody actually opens, not a ticketing system.
Put the reason in the subject line and it lands in the right place faster.
Why there is an email address on this page
Because in this category there usually is not one.
We went and looked in July 2026, at the contact pages of the platforms currently ranking above us. Several publish a form and no address at all. One puts a text captcha in front of the form. Two render nothing without JavaScript, which means their contact details do not exist as far as a crawler or an answer engine is concerned.
A published address is a small commitment, and it happens to be hard to fake and easy to check. It says somebody is accountable for whatever this software ends up doing to your club's ladder, which is also why the about page carries a name rather than a company voice.
Pick a subject line
There are seven, and each one carries its own clock in the table below. Skip to the one that is yours.
I want to start a ladder
Subject line: New ladder. Tell us the group (a club, the park regulars, an office, a coaching program), the city, roughly how many players, and the levels you want to split them into. Rough numbers are fine. What comes back is a setup plan, not a sales deck.
Email suits an unusual situation, or somebody still deciding whether a ladder fits their group at all. If you already know you want one, the application is faster, and it publishes what happens after the first reply: a conversation inside three business days, your ladder two business days after you send names.
I have a problem with a match or a score
This is the one people write about most.
Subject line: Match problem, plus the ladder name and the date. Name both players and say what happened, in whatever order it comes out. This covers a score you did not agree to, a walkover you think was wrong, an opponent who never showed, and a confirmation timer that ran out while you were away.
Check the relevant rule first. Naming the rule you are arguing about turns a back-and-forth into one reply. Your organizer settles disputes inside a ladder. Write to us when the organizer is the problem, when the software got something wrong, or when nobody is sure which rule applies.
Someone's conduct, or a concern about a junior
Put Conduct in the subject and it skips the queue. Harassment, abuse, a safety concern, anything involving a player under 18. It goes straight to a person and does not wait on a business day. Say what happened, name the ladder. We will tell you what we did about it.
I am a club, a park department, or an association
Subject line: Club or Association. How many courts, how many members, and what you run today, including the spreadsheet if there is one. Multi-ladder setups, level bands across a whole membership and branded standings pages are all normal asks. What clubs get.
My data
Data in the subject. Export, deletion, fixing something wrong on a standings page, keeping your profile out of search results. Most of it you can do yourself, and the mechanics are in the privacy policy, but the address is here if you would rather ask.
Press
Subject line: Press, with your outlet and your deadline. We will say plainly what exists and what does not, starting with the fact that Deuce Ladder is pre-launch and has no players on it yet. You will not get a number we cannot support.
A bug
Subject line: Bug. The page URL, what you did, what happened, what you expected, and your browser or phone. A screenshot beats a paragraph, and one with the URL bar in it beats a screenshot. Anything shipped off the back of a bug report turns up in the changelog, usually within a week.
Two shortcuts, both faster than we are: most questions already have an answer in the FAQ, and if you only want to play you do not need us at all. Find a ladder.
What to expect back
Find your row. It is the only part of this page anyone needs twice.
| You wrote about | First reply | Who replies |
|---|---|---|
| Conduct or a concern about a junior | Same day, including weekends | Cyril Drouin |
| A match or score problem | Within one business day | A person on the product side |
| A bug | Within one business day | A person who can fix it |
| Starting a ladder | Within one business day | A person who will help you launch it |
| My data | Within two business days | A person, not a compliance form |
| Club or association | Within two business days | A person who sets up multi-ladder clubs |
| Press | Within one business day | Cyril Drouin |
Business days are Monday to Friday, {{SUPPORT_TIMEZONE}}, and everything here is answered in English. If you write from the other side of the world on a Friday afternoon, that is our Monday. The two-day routes are slower on purpose, because a club setup and a data request both need a human to go and check something first. A formal export or deletion request has 30 days behind it at the outside, which is the statutory limit rather than how long it takes.
Two caveats, honestly. Deuce is pre-launch and nobody has written in yet, so there is no track record behind this table. What you are reading is a commitment. Measured performance comes later. And the conduct row is not a queue at all, it is one phone, which is why it is same day and it is the row to hold us to.
Reviewed {{LAST_REVIEWED}}. If a reply is going to run past the table you get a message saying so, from a human, with a reason, and if we miss one, say so in your reply and we will tell you what happened.
No phone queue, no chatbot, no portal
Four things this page will not turn into.
No phone queue. No hold music, no extension menu, no callback window. A ladder question is faster in writing anyway, because it comes down to a ladder name, a date and a score, and none of those survive being read out.
No chatbot. Nothing here is going to pretend to be a person while it searches a help center behind your back. You email us, somebody reads it.
No ticket portal. Nothing to register for, and you do not have to be a customer to write to us.
No list you have been added to. Writing to us signs you up for nothing, and a membership list you send us is used to build your ladder and for nothing else. We do not market to a club's members.
